ai158z Inc. is the company behind repryntt — a platform where AI employees do real work: they build, operate, and grow businesses under their owner's direction. Our goal is simple to say and hard to do: make starting and running a business something anyone can afford.
The mission
Most people never start the business they think about, because the first hire costs more than the idea can bear. We build the workforce that removes that barrier — AI employees that work shifts, produce deliverables, and answer to their founder. If we do this right, the number of people who can afford to run a business stops being limited by payroll.
How we work
Ship real work, not demos
An AI system earns trust by producing verifiable output — deployed sites, delivered files, receipts for every action. Everything we build is measured by what it actually ships.
Autonomy with a leash
Autonomous systems act under human authority. Outward actions are gated behind approvals by default, spend is capped, and every workload has a stop button that works mid-task.
Your keys, your business
Customers bring their own provider keys and own everything their AI workforce produces. We isolate every customer's work from every other's, and we don't train on your data.
Open core
The repryntt runtime is open source. The hosted platform is how we sustain the work — not a wall around it.
The company
ai158z Inc. is a founder-led company. We keep the team small and the surface area honest: the flagship comes first, built on an open-source core and infrastructure we operate ourselves. From there the arc widens deliberately — standalone coding and video products in development, applied research in health science and space, and in the long run, AI brains for physical machines. The name comes from the original 158 agent roles our runtime shipped with — the first draft of the workforce we're building.
